VaultMailVaultMail
Chrome Extension

Encrypt without leaving your inbox.

VaultMail lives in the Chrome side panel. Works inside Gmail, Outlook Web, and any tab. Pre-fills recipients from your open compose. Save recipient groups for one-click reuse.

The VaultMail extension is under review for the Chrome Web Store. We’ll enable one-click install here the moment it goes live. In the meantime, you can use the full encryption workflow in your browser.

Designed for daily use

Side panel workflow

Chrome 114+ side panel stays open while you work. No popup that closes when you click elsewhere.

Auto-pull recipients

Click once to grab To/CC addresses from an open Gmail or Outlook Web compose window.

Recipient groups

Save a set of emails under a name (Billing Team, Dr. Smith's Office, etc.) and load them in one click.

Insert share link

Encrypt, then drop the share link straight into the open email compose body with one button.

Session reuse

Signs in once through vaultmailapp.com. Extension uses your existing session cookie — no re-login.

Same HIPAA backend

Uses the same API as the web app. Every encryption is recorded in your audit log.

For IT admins

Deploy to your whole clinic or hospital

Once the VaultMail extension is live on the Chrome Web Store, you can force-install it for every user in your Google Workspace organization via Admin Console → Chrome → Apps & Extensions. Zero clicks required from your users — the extension appears in their toolbar automatically.

Email support@spriggan.ai for the extension ID, deployment policy JSON, and help with your Workspace configuration.
